Meet the digestive health specialists
Erin Judge
Founder & Lead Dietitian
After being diagnosed with IBS as a child, Erin accepted her symptoms as “normal.” When she experienced a major flare-up during the stress of college, she couldn’t take it anymore. She remembered feeling confused about what food to eat and having zero trust in her body. Once she discovered her food triggers and learned how to manage the stress in her life, she was able to restore her relationship with food and her body. Now, she makes confident food choices that support her body and allow her to do the things she loves, without reservation.
She is passionate about helping you do the same. If you are scared, unsure, and desperate for freedom from your IBS symptoms, she is here to guide you through the signature process she created with you in mind so you can live a more vibrant life.

Natalie Manitius
Gutivate Team Dietitian
Natalie’s love of food began at a young age, with insisting on cake for half-birthdays and bartering snacks in the school cafeteria. Later, this evolved into a desire to help others improve their health through nutrition, and led her to pursue graduate studies in public health and nutrition. Through her nutrition training at the University of Michigan, she subspecialized in preventive cardiology and gastroenterology, where she cultivated a passion for helping others through nutrition and lifestyle change.
Since, she has been a Registered Dietitian at the UCLA Division of Digestive Diseases for the past three years, and has worked with complex GI patients, trained dietitians and GI fellows, lectured to physicians and community members, and served as a member of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease workgroup of the Academy of Nutrition Dietitians in Gluten and Gastrointestinal Disorders. Natalie specializes in disorders of the gut-brain interaction, and believes that addressing the whole person through a multidisciplinary approach is key to achieving optimal health.
